Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contractual relationship and to respond to your communication. Security and technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users. Analytics data is processed solely on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be available to trusted technical providers that enable hosting, maintenance and business email, including the hosting provider and Google Workspace. Google Analytics is used only with consent. Providers process data within the scope of contracted services and applicable data protection rules.
Retention
A technical copy of an enquiry in WordPress is retained for no longer than 30 days when this function is enabled. Email communication is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, continue agreed cooperation and comply with legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited period needed to protect the system. Cookie-related data is retained for the periods described in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, depending on the applicable legal basis.
